Yes! However, we please ask that you email us in advance so we can point you towards a suitable class.
Both group and private classes last 50 minutes.
Yes, there is ample parking available. As we’re situated at a riding school, we kindly ask that you drive no faster than 5 mph and avoid staff and disabled parking spaces unless needed.
Our reformer Pilates studio is located at the Cavalier Centre in Much Wenlock, Shropshire. We are 15 minutes from Telford, 20 minutes from Bridgnorth and 25 minutes from Shrewsbury.
